3 To 30 Seconds Can Change Your Life for 3 To 30 Years.
The 3 To 30 Seconds Initiative is a social-impact nonprofit organization committed to reducing impulsive decision-making by teaching individuals how to pause and critically think before they act. Founded by Eric Lowe, also known as Shabazz The OG, our initiative is built on a simple but life-changing principle: taking just three to thirty seconds to stop and think before making a decision that can change the trajectory of your life for the next three to thirty years.
But its impact can last a lifetime.
Decision-making frameworks that help reduce impulsive outcomes.
Stop. Think. Decide.
Through culturally relevant programming, institutional partnerships, and real-world decision-making frameworks, we provide youth, adults, and justice-involved individuals with the tools needed to develop emotional control, self-awareness, and critical thinking in high-pressure moments.
